current construction happenings
We recently completed the pictured custom home. The home is a little over 3,000 heated square feet, and was completed in 6 months. It is an executive level home with a high level of finish and accoutrements. We have 3 new homes under contract to start, and have are several serious prospective clients discussing potential projects. All the while we continue to hear from new people considering to build. While some are currently living in the area, many are from outside the area and considering moving to central Oregon.
Home construction continues to be active in Central Oregon, not only in the city limits of Bend, Sisters and Redmond, but through-out the county. Home values continue to rise making building a new home a more and more attractive option to purchasing an existing home.
I’d like to again thank our clients, past and present, for their trust and the opportunity to either build their new home, or create an improvement on their existing home. Creating or improving someone’s abode is a very personal thing that has a profound effect on someone’s daily life for years to come. We are looking forward to a fun and active 2014, and to continue to build Central Oregon in the coming years!
